Editor workspace
Add text, signatures, highlights, drawings, redaction marks, and images.
The current public editor is an overlay and annotation workspace. Text editing is available as added text objects. Original-content text replacement is not marketed as a production feature.
Included controls
Select, pan, add text, add signature, highlight, draw, rectangle, redact, image, undo, redo, download, and save to Vault.
Limits
Complex PDFs, scanned pages, embedded fonts, and signed PDFs may require a different workflow.
Signature safety
Editing a digitally signed PDF can invalidate the signature. Keep the signed original when making a derived copy.
