Refund Policy

PDFRealm strives to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
One-Time Exports
If you purchased a single-file export (pay-per-download), you are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 24 hours of purchase, and
- The download link has not been used to download the file
Once the download link has been accessed, the export has been delivered and refunds are not available.
Pro Subscriptions (Monthly)
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds for partial months already billed.
Pro Subscriptions (Annual)
- Annual plans may be refunded on a prorated basis if you cancel within the first 30 days of the billing period.
- After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of your billing year.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order or transaction ID (found in your Stripe receipt email).
We aim to process refund requests within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
